The Social Suite is a private digital membership community operated by JDS SocialSync S.L. ("we," "us," "our"), a company registered in Spain. The Social Suite is delivered via Circle, a third-party community platform.

Founding members who purchase during the presale period lock in a rate of $9 USD per month for the lifetime of their membership. This rate will never increase as long as you remain a continuous member.
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Please note: Cancelling your founding membership permanently forfeits your $9/month founding rate. If you rejoin at a later date, you will be charged at the then-current rate.
Your membership grants you access to all current rooms inside The Social Suite on Circle, including but not limited to: The Lobby Board, Room Service, The Cinema, The Lounge, The Gym, Suite Upgrade, and The Concierge Desk. We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue individual rooms or features at our discretion.

All content within The Social Suite — including strategies, templates, frameworks, videos, and written content — is the property of JDS SocialSync S.L. and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, share, or distribute any content without prior written permission.
The Social Suite provides educational content and community support for social media growth. We do not guarantee specific results. Individual results will vary based on effort, consistency, niche, and other factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JDS SocialSync S.L. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of The Social Suite.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Marbella, Spain.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active members.
